Message from the Principal
"At RLE...We will Be-LEADERS, Listeners, and Learners!!!!" I am so proud of all our students and teachers for their hard work. We are working very hard, along with all of our parents to help our students succeed and to be LEADERS in their classroom and at school.
I am also proud that our attendance rate is holding strong. The attendance rate for October was 94.64%. Having our students at school all day, every day builds success. Please continue to send them to school regularly, check your son or daughter's Take Home folders, and ask your child, "What is the best thing you learned today?" to promote communication and support in working with the academic expectations of the school. You may want to ask them-"How were they a LEADER today?"
A big THANK YOU goes out to everyone for such a successful "Trick or Treat Night" here at RLES. I think this was our best one yet! Thank you again for coming our and sharing your family and time with us here at school. We also look forward to having you join us on Friday, November 3, 2017, for our annual Fall Festival!
On behalf of our Raceland Lower Family, we wish you and your family a very safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
Thanks to the parents that volunteered to come help on the 18th so our faculty can enjoy a luncheon together. If you signed up you will be receiving something on Thursday in regards to Monday. Thanks again!
